Easy Returns, Exchange & Cancellations

We at Craftmerci ensure you are confident about your purchase.

We have an Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewelry from Craftmerci.

Should you have any problem with the jewelry piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund or exchange within the policy time frame.

Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and it will take place only under the following conditions

• Duration: Easy return timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery, for all other orders policy time frame is of 30 days from date of delivery.
• To be eligible for Return or Exchange: your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing.
• Condition: If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.

• A customer service representative will provide you with detailed instructions as to how to return your product(s). Customer must obtain returns authorization from our customer service team before the product is sent back.
• We will notify the customer once the returned product has be received by us and upon inspection of the package / product our customer service agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the Customer.
• Once we have received your returned product(s), we will initiate a full refund process and credit back the amount paid for the product(s).
• When a customer returns a COD order, Craftmerci deducts the expenses incurred from the refund amount
• The amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days from when it is received at our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

Because all pieces are made to order and the crafting of each piece begins shortly after an order is placed, we require cancellations to be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Please also include your name, shipping address, and order number and we will process the cancellation as soon as possible.
