Depending on where you are located, we send our products from our warehouse using a variety of carriers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once shipped, we see delivery happen 4-6 business days.
These time frames are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
At Craftmerci, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel or change their orders. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and as such try to start production for all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if the production process has not yet begun.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact our support team immediately for more information. When you reach out, please provide us with a detailed explanation of why you wish to cancel your order.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with having a damaged/incorrect item. If you received an item that is not in satisfactory condition, please contact our customer service team at help@craftmerci.in or Whatsapp us at +91 8511422799. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you and help resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In order to ensure the quickest solution, please provide us with your order number and any photos of the damaged/incorrect item. This way, we can evaluate the situation and work on finding a suitable resolution for you. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Yes, you can return your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out after a purchase has been made and we want to ensure that our customers are happy with their order and feel confident about making purchases from our website. To make returning an item easy, just contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to start the return process. We will provide you with instructions and all necessary documentation needed to complete the return. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method and typically take between 5-10 business days to be processed once the item is received at our warehouse. DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR MY ORDER?
No, you will not have to pay any additional charges above the prices shown on our website. All prices shown in our shop are final and include all applicable taxes or fees.
The only exception to this is if you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, as there may be additional charges for that service. We do our best to ensure that all of the information on our site is accurate and up-to-date, however discrepancies may occur from time to time which we aim to resolve as quickly as possible.

We understand that this is a very rare occurrence and apologize for any inconvenience. All of our products are photographed and described in detail to ensure that they accurately reflect the item you will receive.
We take pride in providing high quality products that look exactly as advertised and stand behind all of our products. If there's ever an issue with something you've bought from us. if your item is not what was represented on the website, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right! we'll do everything we can to make sure it's resolved quickly and fairly.
